At Foger US, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality vaping products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of vape products and for health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product that is not functioning properly upon arrival.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your order arrived with missing items.
To qualify for consideration, customers must contact Foger US within seven (7) business days of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
How to Report an Issue
To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team and provide:
- Order number
- Full name used for the order
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video evidence showing the problem
- Photos of the product packaging and shipping label when applicable
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in delays or denial of the claim.
No Returns on Opened or Used Vape Products
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, Foger US cannot accept returns or exchanges for any vape products that have been opened, activated, used, or partially consumed.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Disposable vape devices
- Vape pods
- E-liquids
- Replacement cartridges
- Opened accessories
The only exception is a verified manufacturing defect reported within the required claim period.
Defective Product Policy
While manufacturers maintain high quality-control standards, occasional defects may occur. If a product is defective upon arrival, customers must notify Foger US within seven (7) business days of delivery.
After reviewing the submitted evidence, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the defective product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a partial refund
- Provide a full refund
All claims are reviewed individually. Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, accidental damage, modification, improper charging, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Disposable Vape Device Claims
Disposable vape devices occasionally experience manufacturing defects that are beyond our control. To qualify for review:
- Claims must be submitted within seven (7) business days of delivery.
- The device must not show evidence of substantial use.
- The device must retain sufficient e-liquid and battery capacity for inspection purposes.
Devices that are empty, significantly depleted, damaged by misuse, or demonstrate extended use may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
Exchange Policy
Approved exchanges are available only when:
- A product is defective upon arrival
- An incorrect product was shipped
- An order contains missing items
- A shipping error was made by Foger US
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Flavor preference
- Personal taste dissatisfaction
- Buyer remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Ordering the wrong product
Flavor Preference Disclaimer
Flavor perception is highly subjective and varies from person to person. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be approved because a customer dislikes a flavor, expected a different taste experience, or prefers another flavor after purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance items
- Final-sale products
- Promotional items
- Bundle deals
- Gift cards
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Products altered or modified after delivery
- Orders refused by the customer
- Products returned without authorization
Return Authorization Requirement
Do not return any merchandise without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization from Foger US may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Return instructions will only be provided after a claim has been reviewed and approved.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
- 3 - 5 business days for refund processing
- Additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Foger US.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
Foger US is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related shipping disruptions
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Stolen packages
- Delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned due to:
- Refused delivery
- Failed age verification
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Failure to claim the package
- Failure to sign for delivery when required
may be subject to return shipping charges, handling fees, and other carrier-related costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Age Verification Requirement
By purchasing from Foger US, customers certify that they meet the minimum legal age required to purchase vaping products in their jurisdiction. Foger US reserves the right to request age verification before processing or shipping any order. Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Limited Product Warranty
Foger US warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects upon arrival.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or handling
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper charging practices
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
Warranty claims must be submitted within seven (7) business days of delivery confirmation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foger US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use products purchased through our website. Customers assume all responsibility for the proper use, storage, and handling of products purchased from Foger US.
